Each year, Cisco awards outstanding instructors around the world.  Enjoying success year over year, Skyline’s instructors have proven themselves exceptional in their field of expertise. There are two different awards detailed below.

Cisco Instructor Excellence Award

The Instructor Excellence Award was received by twenty-seven of our instructors and trusted partner instructors as outstanding CCSIs to be the best in their field of technical expertise.  Areas included CCIE voice, CCIE routing and switching, cloud, collaboration, data center, design and architecture, routing and switching, security, service provider, and wireless. The 2017 award winners exemplified the highest quality training experience and demonstrated best overall performance as measured by the student satisfaction surveys for FY2016.  These instructors are in the top 25% of CCSIs and are being recognized for delivering an excellent customer experience in each technology.

Cisco Distinguished Instructor Award

The  Cisco Distinguished Instructor Award recognizes the elite top 5% of Cisco’s influential CCSI’s who provide the highest quality training experience, and demonstrate the best overall instructor performance across multiple Cisco technologies, as measured by the customer satisfaction survey throughout FY2016.  This year, eight of our instructors and trusted partner instructors were recognized for their unparalleled dedication, effort and commitment.
