Call Detail Records (CDRs) are a record of all calls made and received by phones registered to Communications Manager. These records include information on the call originator, the call destination, the length of the call and the date and time of the call. In this Webinar we will go over how to enable the collection of Call Detail Records in Communications Manager and how to view those records. We will also look at how to save the Call Detail Records to your computer so they can be viewed in an Excel spreadsheet and how to export them to a third party server to create reports.
