Cisco Certified Technicians (CCT) have the skills to diagnose, restore, repair, and replace critical Cisco networking and system devices at customer sites. Technicians work closely with the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) to quickly and efficiently resolve support incidents.

Skyline ATS delivers Cisco authorized training enabling technicians to stay productive in the field. Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) certification is available in Data Center and Routing & Switching tracks to expand candidates’ area of expertise.

The CCT Data Center certification focuses on the skills required for onsite support and maintenance of Cisco Unified Computing Systems and servers.
No prerequisites There are no formal prerequisites for CCT Data Center certification, but you should have a good understanding of the exam topics before taking the exam.

Recertification
CCT Data Center certification is valid for three years.

CCT Routing and Switching certification focuses on the skills required for onsite support and maintenance of Cisco routers, switches and operating environments.
No Prerequisites There are no formal prerequisites for CCT Routing and Switching certification, but you should have a good understanding of the exam topics before taking the exam.

640-692 RSTECH Supporting Cisco Routing and Switching Network Devices (RSTECH)
Recertification
CCT Routing and Switching certification is valid for three years.
