Payment Policy for Training
Company payment, approved company purchase order, or prepaid government training form is required prior to registration. Individuals and corporations my also pre-pay with Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, and U.S. Government IMPAC. Prepayment is required on all courses and packages.
For non-U.S. individuals and corporations, payment at the time of registration is also required. For non-U.S. credit card users, charges will be in U.S. funds and will be converted by your credit card company. In addition to credit card payment, wire transfers from individuals and corporations are also acceptable.
Pricing, registration terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice. Classroom Learning and Virtual Classroom e-Learning programs are available only to employer-sponsored trainees.
Skyline reserves the right to refuse credit or services to anyone at our discretion. If you have questions regarding our credit policy please contact us at 408-370-1200.
Log In details and materials will be sent directly to the student on the Thursday before the class start date.
Course Kit fees
Skyline is not responsible for any duties import fees associated with the shipment of Course Kits for overseas classes. All duties and fees are to be paid directly by the customer.

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Our training is outstanding, but we understand that sometimes situations occur beyond our control that may make your training experience less than expected. For this reason, we offer free training retakes:
Free Training Retakes*
Once a student has purchased and attended a Skyline-delivered class, that student may retake the same class for free one time, space permitting, provided the following is true:
- The version of the class that the student originally attended is the same
- The student brings his original course kit
- Student must be the same student who attended original class. (No replace ment students allowed)
- Retakes only apply to Skyline-delivered classes. Not applicable on Partner classes. Partnered classes are subject to the policy of the Partner.
- The student completed all 5 days of the original class.
Enrollment in the retake class is based on availability. It is possible that a paying customer may replace a retake student if the class is full. Airfare should be booked with the ability of change or cancel in the event this occurs.
*Some exceptions may apply. Additional retake charges may be applicable to courses based on specific vendor agreements. The current exception list includes but is not limited to:
- Cisco Data Center v6 courses, $950 retake charge
Credit and Payment
New users will be allowed to place Credit Card orders as soon as they are registered on our site. If you desire to pay via an alternate method you need to contact our credit department or 800-375-9546. Skyline reserves the right to refuse credit or services to anyone at our discretion. Cancellations and/or transfers with full refund will be allowed up to 10 full business days prior to the start date of the course. Cancellations and/or transfers must be submitted in writing via fax at 888-596-7378 or email. With approved cancellation, re-enrollment must be completed within 6 months or funds will be forfeited. A request for cancellation and/or transfer would need to be received no later than the Friday before the Monday which is 10 business days prior to the start date. For example, for a class that starts on Monday, 9/23/13, a request for cancellation/transfer must be received by Skyline no later than 5:00 PM PST on Friday, 9/6/13.
Cancellations and/or transfer notices received after 10 business days prior to the start day of a course are not permitted. If a student does not attend a class and the required notification was not provided, funds will be forfeited and a rescheduling of the course will not be allowed. Rescheduling of a class is only permitted anytime before 10 complete business days prior to the class start date. See above for further clarification.
Private Class Cancellation Policy
If a private class is cancelled within 30 days for the class start date, the Purchaser would be responsible for 25% of the private class fee. If cancellation occurs within 10 days of rhe class start date, Purchaser will be responsible for 50% of the private class fee. If class has not been cancelled prior to the class start date then Purchaser is responsible for 100% of the private class fee.
Free Raffle Seat Policy
Congratulations on being the winner of a free seat from Skyline ATS! Please contact your Skyline Account Manger to register. This voucher is good for one seat in a Skyline ATS class. Not valid on Partner classes. Enrollment is subject to availability. It is possible that a paying customer may replace a free seat voucher winner if the class is full. Airfare should be booked with the ability of change or cancel in the event this occurs. Free seat classes must be completed within 90 days of raffle drawing. Student may not cancel or reschedule. Must present voucher number at time of registration. Not redeemable for cash.
Hardware Return Policy
Being a Reseller, Skyline will generally follow the same policy as the manufacturer with regard to returns/RMA’s. Written notification is required to return any product purchased. Please notify us via fax 888-596-7378, or e-mail. We expect to a certain extent, that the purchaser is responsible for any hardware or services they purchase via our site, but we recognize the potential for errors. As part of our procedure we review all orders and provide feedback and confirmation via e-mail or by phone if necessary.
New Product Order Cancellation Policy
Product orders may be canceled at any time prior to the ship date of the order with written notification via fax 888-596-7378, or email. If an order is canceled after the ship date, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to and from the delivery address.
Cisco Authorized Refurbished Equipment Product Order Cancellation Policy
Due to the policy of Cisco on their Cisco Authorized Refurbished Equipment, orders can not be changed or cancelled once placed. All sales are final and no returns can be accepted.
Damaged Equipment Policy
Written notification of equipment damaged in transit must be received by Skyline within 7 days of the delivery date.
