Skyline Announces CLSP

Campbell, CA. - September 16, 2005 - Skyline Advanced Technology Services announced the attainment of Cisco Systems most esteemed partner level for education: Cisco Learning Solutions Partner (CLSP).

"We have been a Cisco Partner since 1998, and felt that the CLSP designation was critical to providing comprehensive education services to our customers and partners," said Mike Capace, Vice President of Education for Skyline.

Skyline Announces New Role

Campbell, CA. - April 18, 2005 - Skyline Advanced Technology Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Roger Robert, to Director of Technical Services.

"In this new position, Roger will play a pivotal role in synthesizing the sales, technical, and personnel aspects of all Professional Services activities", indicated Michael Mauldin, President of Skyline. "Roger has a solid technical background, coupled with a deep understanding of customer requirements, and he will be instrumental in helping us quickly and efficiently satisfy demand", stated Mauldin.

"Roger's role is multi-faceted, and he will also function as a 'life-cycle liaison' for the sales and technical disciplines of all consulting requirements. Skyline Achieves IP Communications Specialization from Cisco Systems

San Jose, CA - February 3, 2005 - Skyline Advanced Technology Services announced today it has achieved the IP Communications Specialization from Cisco Systems®. This specialization recognizes Skyline ATS for having acquired the advanced training, knowledge, personnel and experience to deliver multisite Cisco® IP Communications solutions to the mid and enterprise markets.

"As the IP market continues to evolve, today's IP communications customers are looking for comprehensive solutions that address their business needs rather than a specific technology," said Surinder Brar, senior director of Worldwide Channels Marketing for Cisco Systems. "Our IP Communications Specialization program recognizes companies, like Skyline ATS that have ability to deliver complete enterprise-class IP Communication solutions over multiple sites and geographies."

In order to qualify for the Cisco IP Communications Specialization Skyline ATS had to meet or exceed the following requirements, as outlined by Cisco:

Resource Requirements

The Cisco IP Communications Specialization required Skyline ATS to fulfill the following job roles with qualified individuals who have met specific testing requirements: an account manager, responsible for IP Communications sales methodology; a project coordinator, responsible for project coordination and execution; a systems engineer, responsible for IP Communications solution planning and design; two field engineers, one responsible for the implementation and operation of the IP Communications solution, and one responsible for the contact center solutions such as Cisco Unity® Unified Messaging and Cisco IP Contact Center (IPCC) Express Edition; and an operations specialist, responsible for troubleshooting network problems related to IP communications solutions.

Customer Satisfaction Requirement

In addition to the personnel requirements, Skyline ATS was also required to provide a minimum of six IP telephony reference accounts. From these six reference accounts Skyline ATS had to obtain a 4.5 out of 5 customer satisfaction rating.

Lab Requirement

The IP Communications Specialization also required Skyline ATS to build an IP communications operational lab, to be used for demonstration, support, and training. Skyline has multiple voice labs which are used to help illustrate the different opportunities that Cisco's IP Communications platform can bring to organizations today. Skyline ATS allows customers to see an IP Communications system in it's entirety to help pin-point the areas in which IP Telephony could most benefit their organizations. The "Super V Labs" are also used in a support and troubleshooting function to help clients whom are experiencing problems within their current network; as well as for training to both the remote and stationary student.

This specialization recognizes Skyline ATS for having acquired the ability to plan, design, implement, and operate Cisco® VPN (virtual private network) and Security solutions.
